| 内容記述 | In the National Library of Paris, designed by Henri Labroust in the 19th century, a series of médallions in the upper part of pillars in the Great Reading Room is one of the rare representational decorative artworks. In this article, I surveyed the profile of the persons engraved on these médallions , and through the analysis of their characteristics, clarified his conception of the National Library. | |||||
