 note = {application/pdf, This paper has reported some activities in 2021 of ‘Arts-Based Research labo & HANGA studio ‘KOBO KONOSK’’ established in June 2020. Among the various activities, this report focuses in particular on the Artist-in-residence. We have invited three artists to stay and disclose their creative practices. As a result, we found out that projecting art into the region does not mean integrating art activities into the solution of local problems. It is important that both the citizens and the artists themselves undergo a generative transformation by putting themselves in the middle of what happens there.},
