However, in the current state of the central urban area, utilization of idle real estate（low unused space） described above is not progressing. For this reason, the practice of renovation and town management is also desired in Nagaoka.\nIn renovation and town management, activities related to design and art are one of the essential contents for utilizing idle real estate.
