In spite of the longlasting activities by the students, the motivation among participants was declining. We analyzed that’s because of the limitation of students’ activities. Based on those aspects, this paper focused on the more realistic market which may lead to the utilization of Saffron-wine brewery house which Nagaoka city acquired. Certain parts of the participants of “civic studio” have higher motivation to utilize the spaces through the questionnaire survey. Moreover, latent capital of Settaya-area, such as abandoned bottles, labels and Senjya-fuda, was investigated.
