Based on this, we will deepen our discussion on the future collaboration between the Settaya district and Nagaoka Institute of Design （hereinafter NID）. At the same time, we conduct a experiment and a survey to find the possibility of uses of Settaya area . The experiment is a challenge of upcycle prototyping by using abundant goods at Settaya area designed by NID students. And basic awareness survey among participants of citizen workshop at NID are conducted.
