Besides it described the probability event of the growth process of element in the transient state of growth system, evaluating quantitatively these three factors with discrete random variables to consider the uncertainty of growth system. This report expresses private view on robustness for the uncertainty and change of system environment surrounding growth system, which is modeled with continuous random variables to bring generality to growth system.},
