| 内容記述 | Concerning the consciousness of the farmers of native tea production toward cultivation, it is not in accordance with the times, but in order to preserve the native tea for future generations, it is thought that it is necessary to increase the commercial value and appeal the rarity of the tea, and the preservation of the native tea garden is thought to be difficult. The situation was suggested that the native tea plantations with steep slopes that had been cultivated in the past were left behind, there were farmers who shipped the remaining native tea plants. In the interview survey, it was shown that the production of tea has been decreasing due to the lack of labor. In addition, the establishment of new tea experiment stations and research institutes in Kagoshima Prefecture and Yame City led to an outflow of human resources. While other production areas were rapidly modernizing their varieties and facilities, there was also the problem of aging employees and successors. In order to clarify the landscape structure of the remaining traditional tea plantations in Kasahara Village, Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, this study investigated the land use, elevation, and slope of tea plantations owned by Mr.A and Mr.F. The results showed that the land use, elevation, and slope of tea plantations in Kasahara Village were similar to those in other areas of Fukuoka Prefecture. |
