This project took four months of cutting bamboo poles to produce the lanterns for a four-hour display on the night of October 22nd. This project was managed by the Mishima Light-Up committee, supported by NID professor Yuji Ueno and the student group for the light design and lighting presentation. Over 300 bamboo trees were used to produce the lanterns and 24,000 candles were installed for the lighting.},
