| 内容記述 | This research, in accordance with historic architectural documents and drawings from the modern era (1910's to 1940's) identified in the city of Hashimoto, Wakayama prefecture, focuses on clarifying the outline of each construction work, maintenance methods of residence, and the transition process of townscape. Furthermore, the research discusses the backgrounds of how designs had been altered in terms of the local community structure and townscape within the early modern to the modern era. Analyzing Hashimoto's modern architectural documents and drawings indicates that modern architectural construction works had been based on pre-modern culture and social structure. In other words, existing historic townscapes are not only fragmentary group of each era's architecture and residences but also, by absorbing new culture and succeeding premodern architectural culture, existing historic townscapes are developed with continuous and gradual changes. | |||||
